About Northland Beasts
The mission of the Northland Beasts is to provide female athletes with a structured, disciplined, and football-centered environment where they can learn, develop, compete, and grow together as athletes and individuals.
We are committed to teaching the game the right way through quality coaching, intentional player development, football fundamentals, accountability, and a deep understanding of the game.
We believe in developing complete athletes and strive to create an environment where athletes are challenged to improve, encouraged to compete, supported through adversity, and empowered to reach their full potential.
At the heart of the Northland Beasts is family. We believe in building relationships, supporting one another, celebrating each other’s successes, and holding each other to a shared standard. We win together, learn together, overcome challenges together, and take pride in being part of something bigger than ourselves.
We expect commitment, effort, accountability, and a willingness to grow.
We value the individual, but we put the team first. Every athlete matters, every role matters, and everyone has a responsibility to contribute to the culture we are building.
Our goal is to develop knowledgeable, fundamentally sound, disciplined, and confident football players while building a family rooted in trust, respect, unity, and a shared love for the game.
At the Northland Beasts, we don’t just build teams. We develop football players, build character, and create family.
Our five core values
1. Family
We stand together, support one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and never leave a teammate behind. We create an environment where everyone belongs and everyone matters.
2. Discipline
We establish standards, embrace structure, respect coaching, and do things the right way, even when nobody is watching.
3. Development
We are students of the game. We prioritize fundamentals, football IQ, learning, and continuous improvement.
4. Competition
We prepare with purpose, embrace challenges, compete with confidence, and never stop working to get better.
5. Accountability
We own our effort, attitude, preparation, and performance. We hold ourselves and each other to the standards of our family.
